Starting CrossFit can feel intimidating, especially if you’re thrown into a workout before you build up a familiarity with our class structures and movements. At CrossFit Hartford, we require all new CrossFitters to complete our On-Ramp course at the beginning of their time in our box (that’s what we call a CrossFit gym!).
Our On-Ramp course includes 4 Personal Training sessions. During these personal training sessions, you will learn the fundamentals of many of the foundational movements you’ll perform in our daily group workouts.
Additionally, we assess each athlete’s ability and range of motion to better customize your experience. We believe that the more we educate our members about proper technique and expectation setting the better they will perform over time, leading to a reduction in injuries and an increase in long-term health.
