We offer daily CrossFit classes, an Olympic Weightlifting team, Introductory Fitness classes, and Private Coaching sessions. There’s something for everyone!
CROSSFIT

Our gym is a registered CrossFit affiliate that follows proven methodologies and training structures. We customize our programming and workouts for our members – achieving maximum results for athletes who have trained for years and people just starting out.
Mastiff Barbell
Push your limits with our Olympic weightlifting program.
Available to all members, Mastiff Barbell is dedicated programming for athletes looking to increase proficiency & strength in the traditional Olympic lifts. Led by USAW certified coaches, our classes prepare members for competition while also improving their CrossFit skills.
On Ramp Course
Learning the foundational movements of CrossFit.
All new CrossFitters participate in a short On-Ramp program where we teach the basic techniques and terminology we use during regular CrossFit classes. In these small group sessions, we also assess a member’s ability and range of motion to customize their experience.
Private Coaching
Personalized one-on-one training sessions.
At CrossFit Hartford, we encourage our members to continually strive for improvement. Our team is available to coach athletes outside of normal class hours, when we can work on specific movements, training challenges, overall fitness, conditioning, and strength goals.
